    Thanks for that! I'm not exactly sure about the error message you're encountering, however it does seem more like a Ubisoft Connect authentication error, rather than a connectivity error.

    If this assessment sounds accurate, then I'll fill you in on a bit more regarding authentication errors! Typically this issue is due to being logged into the wrong Ubisoft account. If you're unable to recall or remember owning any other Ubisoft accounts, you'll want to reach out to our dedicated support team by creating a new ticket! Our team will be able to have a closer look at things from there.
