My main rainbow six siege account (PC) got banned due to cheating while I have not done anything or installed anything Ive had my account for 4 years and a lot of purchases were made my username is Ergin ticket number is 14495062 its been a month and its still under investigation. Eversince my ban I started playing on another account and then it got banned for cheating again so I used my friends account and also got banned for cheating and so on I got 6 accounts banned 2 of them got a reply having my ban appeal rejected and so I lost 2 accounts 1 of them is an old account with purchases made and im really sad on why it got banned. The other 4 accounts are still under investigation my question is if 2 of the accounts got rejected does that mean the rest will also be rejected and what can I do now I cannot play the game because whatever account I play on gets banned due to cheating while Ive done nothing or installed any cheat or breached the terms and use of the game please tell me what I can do to stop getting my accounts banned I cannot play the game anymore and please help me get my banned accounts back ive spent so much money on my account I dont wanna lose it for something I havent done

This is not something I am able to speed up I'm afraid, as it is already with the correct team.

Hey we put a lot of faith into out anti-cheat detection so some cheating software was no doubt detected, however we'll investigate for you.

If I factory reset my pc will my accounts stop getting banned ? The game is unplayable for me I keep getting banned on whatever account I play 2 of the ban appeals got rejected already

Ergin - fo note support is unable to overturn a denied ban appeal once decided. Furthermore, it's against Ubisoft's Terms of Use to create multiple accounts, thus we'd be unable to advise assistance in this specific situation.

I know but I get banned on other accounts I play on will I stop getting banned if I factory reset my pc? Maybe there is a file which triggers my ban
