Having gone 29 years without any idea I had it, it is most definitely confusing. Hard to tell which behaviours are my own and which are ADHD but then again, I have only just begun the process of figuring this out so I'm sure my therapist will teach me some things to help me manage myself in a healthier manner.Originally Posted by Gaser. Most likely gonna be a long process but it’s doable.
Don’t think to much or to long about it outside of therapy session, don’t know about you but I tend to get lost in thinking about stuff like that.
