    authentication problem

    hello everybody. i ll go str8 to the point. i bought the game i played for like 3-4 hours everything ok. i had fps problem due to high pc temp. i cleaned my laptop i formatted and i was set to go. But then the authentication problem appeared all of a sudden. i have only one ubi account thus there is no way that i am trying to enter from the wrong account. i have the game bought on steam*. I have no ida why this is happening and it is rly sad since i paid a whole lot of money for the game. If anyone from the ubi team or even smn else who knows how to fix this could help me out, he/she would be more than welcome to do so. thanks in advance. I tried contacting ubisoft from faceboo but they dont seem to answer. Hope someone here can help

    Sorry to hear that you are unable to start your game.

    This error means that you are trying to start your game from the wrong Ubisoft account - the account where your game hasn't been activated.

    If you cannot find the account where you activated your game, feel free to create a ticket on our support page.

    Please supply proof of purchase, so our team can investigate it quicker for you
