    authentication problem

    hello everyone
    I bought assassin's creed about a month+ ago and played it normally. I formatted my pc last week and now the game just want play. I keep getting this " there was a problem authenticating ownership of the product". I m really concerned about it since i rly love the game. I have only one ubisoft account thus there is no way that i bonded the game on different ubi account. any help would be appreciated!!

    To find out more about the issue you're dealing with, have a look at the following article.

    Essentially, the reason you're receiving this error message, is because you're connecting to the wrong Ubisoft Connect account, than it was linked to when launched for the very first time.

    To have this resolved, you need to make sure you are logged in to the right one and error will no longer appear.
