    Can't get the forgotten password link in my email

    So I had a couple of games in an older account of mine that I, for some reason, can't access on the uplay connect app. I have tried all my passwords and tried all the forgotten passwords buttons i could possibly find and still no email. I have the farcy 5 game on steam and I can't access it through my new account probably because it's already linked to my older account which sucks. I had some games that I really want to play right now like Far Cry 5 and Wildlands, for example. BTW my email is [REDACTED].

    Ditto with the emails - when you attempt to change your password or 2FA options on Ubisoft's web site with the "Change your Password" button, it states that an email has been sent. But the emails never come - so, can't change password or 2FA options.
