So I have yet to obtain a single piece of the new armor set for any hero I play with. I have been playing pretty solid amounts since the release of them, but I have not unlocked any. I even spent several thousand steel on armor and still have not gotten any. What gives with the drop rate Ubi?

spent 80k steel and got like 10 or so items for all my 12 heroes lol

Same. I contacted support and they said that it was a “game play” issue and they closed my case. I think that since this is a loot issue which is a purchase; it should be looked into more seriously.

I have unlocked most in pc for my chars, never not even in xbox one had any problem.

What server you connected to? Eastern or pacific?

I would suggest one of the following two ways to fix/adjust the loot drop rates.


1) Make it so that any visuals that haven’t been unlocked/earned will have a greater chance of dropping than ones that already have been unlocked.

Or

2) Introduce/incorporate a knockout system. Meaning you won’t earn any gear visuals you’ve already unlocked/earned until you unlock any that you haven’t gotten yet.

Orrrr buy locked armor pieces with steel if you have the appropriate level for it
