In what point of the story was that ever written?

    Please send me a source.

Because the only thing in the lore is that she had a vision, The magic crack rocks where used by Sun Da to trigger what we had in the one escort event.

I personally see her vision of Horkos as a made up crack dream while she was under the effects of said crack rocks by the way, seeing how original lore never mentioned any oh the gods of our universe and even there being a observable seeing what gods the factions believe in. (So yeah any corruption warmonger is basically a crack head xD)

Also personal opinion Astrea doesn’t even do what Apollyon does she is more using what Apollyon made for her own goals. LoL

Astreas goal is non sense when you think about it.

Also rather true, lore is not a reason to throw out game design.

I don’t even know how people really can believe the answer to balance questions would be lore.

Gaser, before I type this up I want you to know that Astrea’s army is called “The Cult/Order of Horkos” and cults usually worship some kind of god and we can physically see the name of that god in their name.

“As a former member of the Blackstone Legion, exiled to Wu Lin territory, Astrea saw a vision during one of her battles. Through this vision by Horkos, she took it upon herself to band a group of elite warriors together, who she'd name "the Warmongers," and rally the Blackstones to retake Heathmoor. Even beyond the Blackstone Legion, she made allies with those in the East and those disgruntled by the peace in Heathmoor. All of these warriors would band together under her as the Order of Horkos, seeing Astrea as the reincarnation of the late Apollyon.”

I can also pull the description directly from Ubisoft’s webpage that pretty much says the same thing as this, but it’s just longer.

Well still the stones where used by Sun da and where not a gift of made a up crack dream god Horkos.

Again Horkos in this universe is made up by Astrea while she was under a very very bad drip.

But I already told you this in my last post that Astrea made Horkos up in this universe.

Also again personal opinion she ain’t a reincarnation of Apollyon in a way she embodies a lot of things Apollyon hated.

In the end justifying a broken feat with ingame lore is top tier levels of stupidity in my book.

Well I just want to point out that if you look for this seasons’s trailer and read the subtitles for what the characters are saying you’ll notice that it marks who’s speaking as either Woman 1, Woman 2, Man and the reason why this happens is because these subtitles aren’t auto-generated. They’re custom made by Ubisoft and they don’t have any mistakes in them. The reason why I wanted to point this out is because When Apollyon speaks she is labeled as “Woman 1” and when Astrea speaks she is labeled as “Woman 1” as well and since Ubisoft made no mistakes with these subtitles that means that this was intentional and that it’s trying to say that Apollyon and Astrea are basically the same person(a reincarnation).

Saying what Astrea is doing right now is what Apollyon would have done as well is so one dimensional it’s amazing.

Sure Ubi try’s to show that Astrea is the „new“ Apollyon but her goals are overall different.

Astrea is a pretender nothing really more, a cheap copy that doesn’t even really follow Apollyons goals and uses her legacy for her own goals.
