Description of the Vile mask :
• Status effects also apply a damage over time debuff for 10s
• Total damage dealt is equal to 50% of your concussion grenade damage and increased by your status effect attributes
OK.
So I'm trying to build something that raised that concussion grenade damage to a max.
Specialization : Demolitionist (25% explosive damage)
• Vile mask
• 3 pieces China Light Industries (+15% explosive damage / +10% Status Effect))
• 2 pieces Grupo Sombra S.A. (+15% explosive damage)
Stinger Hive + another skill (not decided yet, maybe the Blinder Firefly)
Skill Tier on every piece.
Skill Damage and Status Effect on every piece.
That's a lot of farming.
(Grupo Sombra S.A. come normally with red core attributes.)
The question is : Do you think it worth it?
yes they do , im also doing a similar build right now , im just missing one sombra with yellows to recalibrate , already have the mask with status and skill damage, but for a turret/seekers build.Originally Posted by CrazyCatz_Black Go to original post

Correct me if i am wrong but status effect increases the duration the damage goes with explosive damage from the granade so this should work fine no?Originally Posted by Sgt.Danielle Go to original post
There are always multiple ways to play a piece..Originally Posted by Sgt.Danielle Go to original post
I was contemplating a DPS hybrid with similar sensibilities - though using Jammer Pulse + Sticky Bomb. Vile Mask, China Light, (2)Grupo, Firm Handshake, Anarchist Cookbook [I have a Crit one, rolled WD core]. Run around with The Grudge.
Eclipse Protocol is boring AF. Love it when a squadmate plays it though![]()
it does not matter how much damage you get from stacking explosive damage.in the end its very low damage.i tried it allOriginally Posted by xcel30 Go to original post
in order to get maximum damage from vile you need eclipse set to spread the vile effect as well to multiple enemies
tl;dr dont use vile without eclipse
Why not? it would be like adding Pestilence Dots to all the enemies hit with Status Effects. Plus, focusing on dealing SE while shooting [mostly Red build!] helps to keep up Vindictive.Originally Posted by Sgt.Danielle Go to original post
