    Aim assist on console?

Is there aim assist on multiplayer for console? I'm pretty sure there's only aim assist for T-hunt if opted in

It is only in T-hunt. The idea originally was to make MP more skill based, but then folks just started buying Xim mouse and keyboard adapters, rendering the point moot.

Yep...XIM and CRONUS not only allow a mouse/keyboard to hack into a console under the guise of being a controller (not sure how this is legal, to impersonate a device)...but they also come with a host of other mods for no recoil (think Buck and Twitch with laser guns), rapid fire, auto-ping, hair-triggers, and a host of other nasty things.

Correct. It's a huge problem that has torn the community apart. The honest players who don't use such training wheels and crutches are placed at a big disadvantage against unscrupulous cheaters who do use all those things. The removal of recoil alone gives a tremendous advantage to the cheaters. Just as annoying is that the players who do this always insist that it's not cheating - that they're just using 'game enhancement modules' to 'improve the experience'.

This injustice and unfairness is one of the many reasons why I quit and deleted this game. Any victories you gain will be in spite of the rules, not because of them. The game is currently set up to reward and protect the people who cheat, rather than punish them.
