Chimera armors are simply an insult to the playerbase

I have a lot of hours in this game... So when the new battle pass comes out I buy it because this is a game I have invested in and it feels like the battlepasses, as underwhelming as they have been overall, are the only real new content we see.

It's just a forgone conclusion at this point that Ubi is not investing the dev manpower or money back into this game that the loyal fans deserve. You need no more example of this then the new armors that can be scavenged from battlefield starting with the Chimera event. Highlander and Raider are probably the worst offenders. Its bad enough that Ubi has basically PUNISHED players for spending EXTRA money for year 1 DLC hero's by refusing to give them new armor in a reasonable amount of time (its not worth their time apparently because not everyone has these heroes). But finally a new set for Highlander after YEARS OF NOTHING and... wtf? seriously? they changed a few colors using the EXACT same models WEVE BEEN USING FOREVER and they just switch the texture on the torso to a chainmail.

This is one of the biggest gaming studios in the world, a AAA studio and they disrespect their fans by telling them new armor has arrived only to find out it looks like something a novice or amateur designer/modder would do for a game like Mount and Blade or Bannerlord or something. Whatever... I should not have expected anything else. It probably seems I'm bothered by this more than I should be but honestly what I am really irritated about is this continued short-sighted philosophy were they believe it will be more lucrative to release these innovative games with strong foundations and then proceed to cut every corner, refuse to communicate with playerbase, remain oblivious to problems with player experience while finding a way to convince those same players to keep forking over money for promises of a great future for the game.... then I dunno actually investing into the IP and have some freaking passion about it. Respect the people who pay for your houses, bills and offices by keeping them entertained with engaging and thoughtful content. Yeah, it costs money to do that but I feel the return that will be received will FAR eclipse what they receive doing it their way. For Honor is a perfect example of this... same with The Division.

But then again, I am not a developer or CEO or any of that so I could just as likely not know what I am talking about but... is what it is. Okay done venting, thanks if you read.
