    Weather Fix

    Please fix the weather in the following way;

Reduce the appearance of heavy bad weather with 50%
Reduce the duration of bad weather with 50%
Reduce the drying time after rain or snow with 50%

Allow players to choose weather, traffic and time of day options for longer events.

    Fixed.

Replace the word "Reduce" with "Increase" and that's the way they will change it.

Or it should rain or snow on the places where it does and not in all the map. For example: Sunny on Florida, Cloudy on San Francisco, Snow on New York, etc.

The Crew 1 had that. 5 climate zones. TC2 is a downgrade in that regard.
Also different lighting, more in tone with real life USA.

Oh nooo. I totally forgot about demonic dev logic. Always do the opposite the community asks

Thats another, slightly less subtle, way of adressing the issue.

Unless it makes sense, like rallye games in Finland.

In an ideal game, there would be climate zones and dynamic weather models. Maybe TC3 will have that. Who knows.

All i know is that TC2 weather gives me a bigger headache than reading the feedback on this forum.

Sometimes the exaggerated bad weather makes the game so dark that you can barely see where to go.
I heard from many players that this makes them play the game less or even avoid TC2 all together.

I consider the TC2 weather a game breaking bug. That bad.

    Super agree.

It's especially annoying that already infallible NPC's don't change at all during weather, yet it puts about 5s extra on players. When I was grinding TC loot it was a nightmare. I simply could not do the races because I was using the already limited bikes (because logic). I'd have to do nothing while waiting for the weather to change.

We're not playing a sim. We know we're not. That's why we're playing this and not project cars or assetto corsa. The weather should have no impact at all on racing. I hate it almost as much as not being able to turn cosmetic damage off the vehicle I spent millions of credits on look nice.

I disagree with this point: I like the fact that the road conditions are changing and you have to adapt to this properly.

BUT I would like to have the option to drive in good weather conditions whenever I want to! A weather selector would be a great feature, especially for the ones who want to improve their times or who just enjoy the sun.

An I would also love if the roads would be more clearly visible in the snow, especially in PvP when three are several cars around you.
