Hi. Just hit the same problem. I can't see any fix yet. Is there one ?
Update 16th June 2021: Well having continued to play the Poseidon track was activated having completed other tasks.
So I guess it's not a bug but doing things in the order that is required. Be nice if there was an indication that what needs to be done.

Hey there UPLAY_deadlef. I'm sorry that you're still encountering this issue! Is it just the marker that's still missing from your map? If so, would you confirm for me the current version of the game you're playing on?

Yes, No mission marker.
Actual Mission: Convince tha gods to return to Olympos 3/4
Game Version 1.3.4
System: Playstation 5 (newest SystemSoftware)

Hey Guys, it seems it's a known issue, I'm having kinda same problem, Last thing I could did was to talk with poseidon and receive the swimming ability, it supossed I'm missing he last step to wrap this up but same thing, I can find poseidon or to see the mission marker in the map.

I have encountered this issue as well. I tried reloading one of my previous saves, and still ended up unable to proceed. I have also uploaded my save to the cloud.
