I tried but unfortunately I uninstalled webroot incorrectly. Im going to try contacting the company that originally installed it on my computer to resolve the issue. Ill let you know if I have any luck with that, whether I end up fully uninstalling webroot or reinstalling it.

Thought Id update this thread, it looks like the most recent patch did resolve the issue.
