    Bought characters Still locked.

    I bought several characters with the ingame steel a while ago and i even have time on them as proof, however they have been locked for quite a while and im not sure why, ive tried resseting the game, unnistaling and reinstalling but nothing happened. im not sure what to do but i have proof of time spent on the following locked characters. jorm, hitokiri, zhanhu, shaolin and jiang jun. if you need i can provide picture proof.

    It might take up to 48 hours in order to reflect your in-game purchases. Usually, it takes a few minutes, but sometimes, it might take longer to process. If you haven't received your character by then, please let us know and we will be more than happy to investigate.

    Not a burden at all! I'm sorry that the characters are still locked. Please contact us privately via Twitter, Facebook or a support case and we'll get this sorted for you. Please also provide any screenshots proving you made the purchase, just in case they are needed.
