Back to hard lock freezing.
Tried to turn off resolution scaling, as someone earlier suggested. Doesn't work.
The ONLY way I've been able to play the game consistently is if I disable LITERALLY every other program on my machine.
IMO the problem is still with the stupid easy anti cheat, and perhaps also the garbage ubisoft connect. Both are shoddy programs that have no place being in service.
I just experienced a freeze that stopped anything. You should never rejoice too early!
Edit: Just to be fair, looks like I fixed it with deleting my safe file. Here's the location for Win 10, "C:\Users\[...]*\Documents\My Games\Tom Clancy's The Division 2". I also reinstalled Ubisoft Connect. I already did this with the original The Division, looks like it also works with his predecessor.
