Hey guys, thanks for getting in touch and apologies about the delayed response.

This particular thread was posted in 'General Discussions' however I have moved it over to 'Player Support' section instead.

First and foremost, in relation to the crash issue - could you advise whether you happen to receive any follow up error message at all?

As far as troubleshooting goes, if you haven't already, give the following steps a go, starting of by verifying your game files first, and see if problem persists.

    Keep us updated!

    I can't load the game

I played, everything was fine, there was a notification about the released update, I decided that I would install it later.
During the cut-scene of a conversation with Uwe, Ivar and Sigurd, I decided to take a screenshot, pressed F12, the game froze, I had to exit it through the task manager and remove the task.
After that, I rebooted the computer, started the game, asked to install an update, I installed it, I go into the game and when I try to continue it, or download any of the saves, even the earliest game crashes to the desktop without an error.
Several times I ran a file check, after which the game again asked me to install the update, and everything repeats again with a crash on the desktop.
After another check, I tried to run the game without updating, in offline mode, an error came out.
I don't know what to do next, help me.

    Hey DorianHally,

Sorry to hear that. Your issue is in relation to Valhalla rather than Origins.

I'd advise that you contact us via the Valhalla forums.

Those using an AMD card and getting random driver "timeout" crashes, rollback to the 21.2.3 driver which fixes the issue.
