    Hey there guys,

    I'm sorry to hear you're encountering connections issues on PC

    Are you still seeing these messages or errors when booting into the game?

    There was some maintenance on the 15th, but this has since passed and there aren't any degradation issues known at the moment

    If you're still having issues connecting, could you please give the steps in our connectivity guide a try to ensure that your home network and game servers have the best connection they can

    Please let us know if there are any changes after completing those steps

    There was maintenance alright, for The Crew 2
    first The Crew didn't have any, since usually there is a forum announcement that there will be a maintenance on a set date.

    As it stands right now, the current issue is server sided... not client.

    Allo Ubisoft, il va vous falloir combien de temps pour réagir ? ça fait déjà une semaine qu'il y a des problèmes annoncés de serveur dès la page d'accueil de The Crew 1 et que personne ne peut plus faire de JCJ (PVP) et de missions de faction comme décrit dans les messages précédents !!!
    Encore une fois, c'est désolant de voir Ubi the Berry nous dire qu'il faut se référer au "connectivity guide" alors que le problème vient de vos serveurs et bloque tous les joueurs !!!!!!!!!!!

    To all posting here, they probably know exactly what is wrong. It's not that this is the only game with server issues. There have been many (if not all) games that are having major issues over last two months. But hey ... the online store is still working properly so what's the problem? I also have the warning tag when starting the game, disabled PvP lobby, Faction completion requires Alt-F4 to exit since you're looking at blank screen with no menu options. This is on PC/Steam and most likely requires an update, or better, an option for offline mode.

    Are you serious right now? This has been ongoing for 5 days now. EVERYONE who plays The Crew ( NOT THE CREW 2) is being prevented from doing events with friends. Even if you do events solo, the reward screen freezes the game. C'mon! How do you not notice massive issues with your server for almost a week?!

    Only working free roam, coops, mision, pvp, faction - 90% game crash or no option screen. It's a way Ubi telling us " its end of The Crew, move away idiots"..?

    Thank you for your updates, at this moment we have not received news that The Crew is scheduled for online closure, so we will continue to work toward addressing this with you.

    I have brought this to the team's attention for them to look into.

    We'll keep you in the loop with any updates we receive.

    In the meantime, it would be appreciated if you can ensure you've given these connectivity steps a try if you haven't done so already to eliminate any possible local network issues.
