Why am i always in a bad team ?

I mean like how are the matches balanced ?
based on W/L ratio or K/D or what ?

The matchmaking is flawed like every other skill based matchmaking game out there right now.

It is most common to get poorly matched when you first join a lobby but if you stay for a rematch, it usually balances the teams a bit better.

Honestly, when you play alone in 4v4 modes, you are likely to experience this more frequently.

Part of it is not being able to communicate with your teammates.
