I violated the code of conduct and said some toxic things. I apologized for it.

I did, and they didn't lift the ban. That's why I'm bringing it up here. It's not fair to take away my access to the game completely.

I even suggested another option: Just permanently suspend in-game chat and lift the ban. That way I can't be toxic anymore and I can still consume the product I paid for.
