Matchmaking Penalty before I could enter the game | Forums

I started For Honor. Selected Dominion. At character selection I was moving the mouse, but couldn't decide which character to select. The time ran to 0. Then instead of entering the game (with the last character that I played, as usually) I was disconnected and got the 15 minute matchmaking penalty.
WTF?
Clearly a bug. Please fix.

Same here. I chose my character but before entering the game i was disconected with 15 minute penalty. Please fix it.
