    Desperately looking for help bc my account got deleted for inactivity :((

    Hello!
    Contacting you guys on here is my last hope in maybe finding some help with this:
    After taking a break from gaming last year I just found out that my account got deleted for inactivity. With it all my games, all my For Honor progression and unlocks since I participated in the very first close Alpha just got erased :'(
    I am honestly super crushed right now, support said there was nothing they could do because it's all within the Terms of Service and that there was nothing left to restore and that "we offer no compensation"
    Yes, I found the mail giving me 30 days to stop the process but first off 30 days to keep something that I've gathered over many years and spent several hundreds € is just not right and as I said I took a break from gaming last year and just didn't check my gaming-related mail account during that time as well.
    I contacted support through the official site, they said there's nothing to do about it, but I would really appreciate it if any of you guys could have a look at it and ask internally if there is maybe any way of restoring my progress or at least give me something, anything really to help me over the fact that I lost everything that I invested and earned in For Honor since the very start just got wiped :/

    As previously advised, we are unable to recover accounts once they have been deleted.

    Can nobody here relate to what a crappy situation this is to be in? I don't know why Ubisoft deletes accounts just for being not used for 6 months but punishing people who would like to return to their games can't be the purpose ! Is "deal with it" really everything that I'm getting as a response in this case ??

    I totally can relate.

    I wasn't even aware this was a thing. They have (unfairly) permanently banned my account. I suppose it will get deleted if the ban does not get lifted soon.
