Shove with hyper armour is a brain dead tool and if you ask for it to come back then you should have no word in balance discussions.

Rep 47 LB main here. HA on shove was easy-mode, it shouldn't have HA back. But I would definitely welcome a speed increase because Shove is highly reactable and it can be interrupted just as easily.
