I'm in the safe area, and when the map of the event announcement comes out, it freezes and ends. The beginning of the game is also very slow and it seems to be solid, and the state where nothing can be done has continued since the end of maintenance.
I don't know what time it was after the maintenance. from Japan.
I've been uninstalling and reinstalling for a while. It would be nice to solve this, but I don't feel like it will be solved. I'm wasting a lot of time.
I'm having the same issues for the past 3 days, I have not been able to play DIV 2. Other games are unaffected.
The error says:
************************************************** *****************
Launch Error
Unexpected Error. (Another launcher is already running)
************************************************** *****************
I verified files and they're ok.
I know i don't have anything else running. I checked Task Manager everything is good.
Any ideas?
Updates for Win10 installed but doubt that was the issue.
The thing that fixed it for me was re-installing the latest Nvidia graphics driver I think.
I installed it a couple of days ago but for some reason the there was something missing after this latest patch.
My Outriders demo wouldn't load either and gave me a similar error like TD2.
All seems well now so check your video drivers and win 10 updates.
Hope this helps,

At one point it was a nuisance so I've crashed a few times. Several days ago I installed the latest Win 10 updates. Then I did a clean driver install on an AMD Sapphire Vega. I get an occasional crash but not often. I noticed the update this morning so once it installed I closed it out Ubisoft Connect & restarted the computer. All is well no problems so far. I've not seen a mention by Ubisoft that a restart is necessary but after a program uninstall or install I think its a good thing to do.
I put it in the game field, but it freezes when the message [Polarity Switch Challenge] appears. If it freezes because of this display, I think it's a stupid maintenance patch. I couldn't move properly as usual, and although I was able to move a little, it ended there. The movement is slow and the reaction to the key should be a time lag, which is worse than that. I was able to participate in the support once, but I couldn't do anything because I couldn't move and was logged in and frozen without permission. I think this is a serious flaw. The UBI support staff asked me for the data, so I sent the data, but it may just be stingy.
