those dudes are really useless. Then again I keep marking their own supplies saying they will owe me for them so maybe they are just getting pissed. Hell I even mark peasant caches which has really go to be irking the locals.

Not major by any means, but came across a civilian where in theory there should not be one given the location; who is hiding (for good reason).
