    Hi,

I have been playing it on my Xbox Series X for a few weeks without any issues but yesterday after taking over a control point in DC before allies could get there, things started to feel wrong as when the team arrived they didn't go inside and I thought it would be fine once I go back the next day.

Today when I start it up, my (X) button acting very weirdly as it doesn't respond while the LB button felt delayed and I couldn't aim my turret (I assigned it there) and I couldn't retrieve it as well. I went back to the control point thinking it could be the one causing problem and I couldn't get into the supply room as the door wouldn't open when I press the (X) button, I try to interact with the officer in charge and nothing as well. The team seems to be doing the usual things like resupplying and guarding but it felt like it was still locked.

I saw a thread that killing myself might help, I blew myself up and respawn into that control point and I'm locked inside. I tried doing a full shutdown of my Xbox, I tried using another controller, I log out and log in, nothing seems to be working for me

Thanks for reaching out to us, Denioanic.

If this is still ongoing for you, are you able to provide a video for investigation?

    Hi Ubi-Redbeard

I have provided the link below for you as per your request. I am also having issues with the (Y) button for changing weapons, it seems to not like it when I double press it to change it to the pistol and it is doing some weird stuff. Same as the (A) button for ducking and roll, when I press it once to duck it ended up doing roll. I tried looting, taking special ammo, speaking to the leader, recovering turret and entering the building but none of it wants to work so I couldn't do anything in game apart from shooting. The weapon's stats showing while I was standing still is me trying to press the (X) button to try to trigger the action but it is not doing it.

What's the behavior of your controller when you're in a menu? Or the inventory? Do the LB or X buttons then respond correctly?

Seems to be working fine, didn't feel anything that suggests that it is anything wrong with the inventory or menu. I have 2 controllers, one is an old one and another is only a few weeks old, they are both doing the same thing so I don't believe it's my controller that's acting up.

I tried changing my global setting from Normal to Hard as someone suggested that may reset it, didn't work either. Forgot to mention that on the map I couldn't fast travel either, couldn't interact with anyone inside the white house.

Thanks for getting back to me and providing the video, Denioanic.

Just to confirm - the controller is working fine in the menu/inventory or it's now working as intended for interaction during gameplay?

Tried multiple controllers and batteries

Hello good evening, 6 days ago I moved to New York to continue hunting, yesterday I realized that I couldn't pick up anything or that I couldn't travel quickly.
I am using an Elite 2 controller and everything is update. I restarted the game but still have the same problem. I used my second character to play, but I have the same problem. It's just with the X button.
I started another game and everything works fine.

    Thanks for confirming that Denioanic.

@ dan5421964 - Are you able to provide a short video of this issue too?

Does it occur the same as Denioanic's video?
