    Can't use x button to loot, interact or fast travel...

    Hey this issue stated yesterday, On my Xbox Series X I can't do a host of things, like loot, heal myself, pick up my turret, fast travel, revive teammates, etc. Is anyone else having this issue. I can run and shoot but lots of functions are not working. HELP!!!!? My other games work fine only Division 2 seems to be impacted.

    Same issue

    Game was working fine on Xbox X until a few days ago. Within a few hours of the New York expansion upon game startup I now cannot hold down command buttons to open crates, doors, emote, fast travel, etc. Anything requiring holding down a button doesn't work. Tried multiple controllers and batteries

    Hey there, michaelfoxnyc! I'm sorry you're also experiencing issues with your controller. Please confirm the following for me:
    - Are you on the Xbox One or the Xbox Series X|S?
    - Is your controller wired or wireless?
    - Does the issue carry over to different controllers?
    - Have you completed our basic troubleshooting steps, either for the Xbox One or the Xbox Series X?

    X and Y don’t work

    I’m using a Series X. I don’t have a spare controller to use at the moment. Although possible, I highly doubt the problem is because of the controller because the controller works perfectly fine with other games.

    Do you have a bluetooth keyboard connected to your Series X?

    If yes, this might cause the trouble – disconnecting the keyboard should then solve the problem.
