Take it with a grain of salt of course, but sounds like there is supposed to be a trailer out this week. Unsure if it'll be gameplay, but we'll see. I'd certainly hope they don't release a 2nd CG trailer.

Well just sayin', if it's just CG and maybe even a small tease of gameplay, we'd at least have a reason to tune in to UbiForward for additional gameplay footage!

i agree glad it is going to be even sooner than we thought

this is the same day as sony is showing horizon forbidden west which i am also interested in so friday will be a good day

i just seen some footage of game

    machete is back hooray!

multiple backpack weapon types i saw a mortar launcher and aoe flamethrower attack the game switches to third person to perform the backpack attacks

    vehicle takedowns are back

    manual healing is back

most weapons seem to have cobbled parts on them but may be that we can add or remove them

    explosons seemed kind of bland

same low level of blood and gore

Wow, I just found and watched that footage as well. SOO happy to see a machete back for some all new takedowns and vehicle takedowns back as well, even one for the tank! Sad they didn't improve gore at all, and you're right those explosions looked pretty 'meh', but I'm mostly liking what I'm seeing aside from the continued focus on fangs for hire and makeshift weapons.

Okay, 8 minutes Far Cry 6 gameplay video was leaked today and I somewhat disappointed:

    1. Third-person cutscenes. Far Cry always was about immersion and it had it own style with first-person cutscenes. In Far Cry 6 there are 3rd person cutscenes like in Ghost Recon or Assassin's Creed. Game lost a great part of its series identity. Also, in combat, camera sometimes jumpbetween 1st and 3rd person views. For example, when player use MRLS mounted on his back, camera jumps to third-person view, rocket fires and then camera immediately jumps back to first-person again. In the middle of combat this can be quite disorienting. I don't get it - why fix a feature which wasn't broken?

    2. Overall style is not serious. It is not fun parody like it was in Blood Dragon, but some cartoonish Fortine-like style. Greatest example - rocket system on the back. It looks strange and totally out of place.

Will wait a for more information, but what I already saw is quite disappointing. I still hope that there won't be any tiered loot and enemies like in New Dawn and Guns for Hire system will be presented, at least, at the same level as it was in Far Cry 5 or maybe even it will be upgraded. But overall, I'm kinda on the fence now about this game. I really liked all games in the series (maybe with the exception of the New Dawn) and sixth game looks that it might be even worse than New Dawn.

So far this is what I have seen:

    1. Tree destruction from Far Cry 2 is back, but improved on and similar to Crysis
    2. Throw balls like rocks and cans.
    3. Electronics such as cameras and Anti Aircraft missiles
    4. Throw EMP at electronics to disable them
    5. Add charms to your weapons like in Rainbow Six Siege
    6. While you can holster weapons in Far Cry 5, they serve a purpose now in Far Cry 6. Enemies are not always hostile anymore.
    7. Mini games from Far Cry 3 returns
    8. Customize vehicles
    9. Use smartphones
    10. Inspecting weapon animations returns
    11. Bribe, sabotage and interception.
    12. Deployable shields like in Rainbow Six Siege
    13. Dynamic weather such as raining returns
    14. Active windshield wipers on cars
    15. Vehicle takedowns returns
    16. Fireworks launcher
    17. Environmental traps such as trip wires
    18. Gatling gun
    19. "Supremo" backpacks
    20. Machetes return
    21. Rideable horses
    22. Operable tanks
    23. Humvees return and more military vehicles are shown
    24. Disguises
