The kick is easy to react and the dodge heavy poses no risk by itself, that is the reason why nobushi is weak, if this was the case of any reliable 50/50, the kick could be delayed and or cancelled, but i can see the point, they dont want to end fixing every hero with the same trick, so why dont they make her HS light actually able to punish more dodged attacks, because it really can punish few attacks, improve the dodging in her dodge attacks, so its a scripted dodge instead of an analogic thing
