Looks slightly better than Spark, no?
Amplified damage on pulsed ennemy.
Yes, I significantly prefer Spotter to Spark, though there are various conditions you need to meet for it to work well. I do not think it's worth dedicating a skill slot to a Pulse skill, so the only real option here is to used the Linked Laser Pointer, which means you need to be using the Technician specialization (not unlikely in a skill build), a weapon with a long under-barrel rail, and give up whatever else you could be putting on that rail. But not having to have a skill actually hitting something to get your +15% total weapon damage can be a big win, as can the +15% boost to skill damage that Spark does not give you.Originally Posted by CrazyCatz_Black Go to original post
Even in non-skill builds, Spotter can be a big win. There's further discussion of this in various posts scattered through another thread, starting here, if you really want to dive into the gory details.
Spotter is very good. So is Glass Cannon. So is Kinetic Momentum.Originally Posted by CrazyCatz_Black Go to original post
My personal preference is Capacitor + Memento + Glass Cannon. But mostly you just use whatever drops first, or is easiest to obtain.
I don't know if I already commented on this one or if it was another one but here it goes.
Use technician specialisation
Capacitor
Rifle with future perfect (classic m1a)
Side arm: Back up boomstick with whatever talent.
Gear:
3 Empress
1 Wyvern
1 Fenris
Momento bag
Chest talent: Obliterate
Gear stats: 10% skill damage and 6% crit chance
Gear mods: 12% crit damage
6 skill tiers
2 weapon damage 15%
1 armor 170K
116,4K damage on the Capacitor
50% crit chance
111% crit damage
It's a fusion build of dps and skill power.
The only thing that's not high is skill haste.
Anyway
Thank me later and have fun annihilating everything.
I like to use the Mad Bomber with my skill build I can create a lot of confusion with the enemy and with the extra diameter I can cover a large groups of NPCs fire is my favorite - I use status effect with my skill build by using grenades. You also don't need a box to refill your grenades - you switch load outs with a different specialization and back to what ever grenades you want to use and out of and they are refilled you just have to be out of battle. With the Acosta bag 10 grenades also for the overcharge just have to throw a grenade. I think I am the only one who uses the Mad bomber I have never seen anyone else using it.
