I know right, it has been an ongoing issue and their support page doesn't do good any either. Multiple threads about the CTD issue yet all they can do is they are still looking into it pretty sure they will say once the fix has been released they have resolved the issue when we are not even getting any follow up updates from them at all.
Got fed up the other day as well where 30 seconds CTD, after tweaking the game I was able to play for a few hours and then crash and after going back it kept crashing again for 3 - 5 minutes makes you wonder on how they can totally mess up the game for good and still ignore like it is not a big issue at all.

In order to help the investigation, it would help if system files, video/pictures and steps that were taken prior to the crash could be forwarded to the support team.
Why should we send files to support - all they do is to tell me to update my mousedriver or only play on sundays - They have no clue what´s going on and you have forgot to tell them that you want us to send those filesOriginally Posted by UbiBlush Go to original post
