I know yall rework PK but in my opinion it was decent one rather than good.
I barely see anyone play PK ever since her rework and I dislike the fact that Ubisoft rush her because the community couldn't wait.
I have a list of ideas for Pk and her rework since her time was not really in her Favor.
PK Rework:
Decrease Stamina cost on attacks and zones. Since she is a assassin this kinda defeats the purpose of her stamina.
After every dodge attack she needs to do a heavy finisher for more pressure. I think this would be a great idea.
ATTACK in any direction after a heavy feint into Dagger Cancel like Shaman
Decrease Gruadbreak bleed damage and buff physical damage. People complain about her damage but it's her guardbreak bleed damage. Nerf her bleed to 25dam or 30dam. Buff her physical damage.
Overall this is a amazing idea in my opinion. It's unfair for her since she loses stamina, has low health like other assassins, reflex guard and have short range attacks. I dislike how she still has many weaknesses. So please support my ideas to overall support her as a assassin.
Oh my God this is actually a good idea. I mean it's true that they didn't give much time for PK and Nobushi but Nobushi buff was good. This is how PK should have been rework love the idea. I used to want her to have the tri directional soft feint for her dagger cancel but I don't anymore since she now has frame advantage after it lands. Shaman also retains FA with her dagger cancel. But the difference between the two is shaman doesn't have good chains. PK once her opponent is bleeding cannot be option selected anymore. You're forced to decide between one of two timings to try and OS her thus meaning she can't be shut out. PK is a very defensive oriented character despite how people seem to try and play her. So I think it would be a mistake to try and buff her dagger cancel game even further when she's as good as she is defensively.
I agree with lowering her triple kidney stab damage. That and her dodge attacks give her high damage punishes which is apart of what makes her so good defensively. And I also agree with letting her dodge attacks chain into heavy finishers. This would push her more into the offensive territory instead of just turtling for punishes and option selects. The only other change i'd make is lowering her recovery on whiffed side dodge attacks. it's a reactionary GB if dodged. they already struggle as dodge attacks due to the terrible hitbox and trajectory of them.

Decreasing stamina costs is a big no. It was finally standardized accross the board, if she needs a stamina management buff, that should come by getting bigger stamina bar. 140 for example.
The only damage change she needs is a triple stab nerf. Everything else feels fair: over avarage, but partially dot damage.
I agree with dodge attacks being chain starters. Better max punishes, better mixups, and the potential to not die instantly in a team fight.
I think that her three direction dagger cancel would be extremely unhealthy and unfair. Shaman can only do it from a Heavy Opener or Zone, PK can do it from Unblockables. Her mixups are already unreactable and quite high damage.
What I would also change:
- Let her dodge out from her guardbreak throws. It is extremely clumsy how much time she takes.
- Change Last Laugh to a working T4 that the character has control over. Nailbomb would be an amazing replacement that could be used so creatively.
Most important changes however, come from the game's base mechanics themselves:
- Remove bleed cleanse from healing feats, unless the feat would put a hero over max- then, remove as much bleeding hp as the remaining healing of that feat. It is disgusting how the bald geezer in the sandals can make entire heroes useless.
- Standardize renown gain. Let everyone gain renown the same way, the way the current hybrids do.

Dodge attack Improvements: Basically She needs her dodge attack rework. It needs to do more damage then bleed damage and it needs to follow up to a unblockable finisher.
Faster Recovery time overall: She is a Fast/Counterattack and I dislike the fact that she doesn't feel that fast. Really her attack speed on heavys should be faster. It makes no sense that some heros that are not even fast has such fast speed compared to her.
Decrease her stamina cost or give her more stamina she is a assassin it makes no sense to run out of stamina that quickly.
Like I said I only respect the unblockable because without that she would still be in the same spot.
