You don't want to or can't answer our questions.
If you think about it. How long it took Ubisoft. To fix the crashes at Breakpoint with Silent Mountain.
Yes then I believe it won't be fixed until the end of 2021
But that you make a joke of it and leave us in the dark. How it finally goes on. Respectively the problem is finally fixed.
But that a developer should speak up. And not a moderator. They never get that idea.
But that's just ridiculous. And nobody believes them anymore. Everything else you will tell us. It's just unbelievable
It seems like that to me too. That you make fun of it. That we players cannot play crash-free.
Well, thought I haven't played it for a while so I thought I'd give it a go to see if anything has changed - CTD within five minutes of starting the Coney Island mission.
How incompetent are Ubisoft?? I can play much more demanding games like RDR2 for hours with no issues but this POS game is so unstable and unreliable that trying to play it is like a game of chance every time - I'm close to uninstalling it and NEVER buying anything from Ubisoft again.
We should be compensated - we paid good money for this software and it just doesn't work...
End rant

I appreciate your honesty and that you are only the messenger back and forth here between the users and internal teams. Understandably, the user base here that has either invested hundreds of hours in The Division 2 and have supported the franchise by purchasing content are growing tired of the lack of communication and fixes.
I'll put that squarely on Massive and the internal teams at Ubisoft. They appear to be experiencing staff turn-over, covid-fatigue/challenges or frankly have given up communication on any regular basis as they did previously. It's an extremely poor business model that ignores "the customer" and reduces the resources required to fix a game that is a live service and requires ongoing support/maintenance.
Respectfully, Ubisoft and Massive are multi-million dollar companies that need to start "walking the walk versus just talking the talk" with the ongoing downward spiral of server-side and/or client-side instability issues. After waiting months and months for fixes, their customers and users are abandoning this franchise. How can this not impact the future revenues from this and other Ubisoft franchises in turn? Clearly not a win-win in the big picture with what Ubisoft has in the pipeline.

Just ask about the remaining developers. What is really the state of affairs now.
I and many other players don't believe you anymore. That when you say "The problem is being worked on with high priority"
Gives us players to work with. That we can trust you again.
But it definitely won't go on like this
That it gets better. I don't believe in that anymore
Yeah, this has been a problem since Feb/March. It's now June what the **** is the hold-up? I miss the old days when devs would get **** done in a timely manner and didn't leave paying customers in the dark. I hope this company goes bankrupt one day and dies off. Same with the rest of the AAA industry. I wish we could have a video game crash again like in 83.
Hi all, as Ubi-Redbeard said, we currently do not have further information to impart from the teams about this issue.

That right there is why everyone with stability issues is angry BBQ. Several months, and not one tiny bit of info on why the crashes might be occurring, or what might be done to work around them, or even what the team is currently looking into to try and hunt the bugs down. Zero. Zip. Nada. Not one iota of info, or progress.Originally Posted by UbiKoreanBBQ Go to original post
I don't have the issues, but a LOT of people do. I had two game breaking issues I reported and gave Ubisoft details on, which also haven't received any movement.
I'd suggest that if Ubisoft values the franchise in ANY WAY, that they stop working on the new content NOW, and start providing some support on resolving existing bugs. I for one have ZERO plans to purchase anything else from Ubisoft because of the complete lack of QA/QC. It's not the moderation on the forums that is lacking, it is zero development progress on fixing issues that IS.
