I think Glad needs to go live ASAP lol. I like all the TG changes except Shugos huge nerf. I hate Shugos & have never played the char ever but he got messed up & needs a liiiil more than TG offers to him.
Try out the new Shugoki. It looks weakish on paper, but it is not weak at all. He is probably viable for the most time in his life. The 500ms chain headbutt is very strong, he has very good spacing, his unblockable pressure started to be actually threatenng, and he is very good defensively.

Gladiator, on the other hand, is broken af. You go out of stamina once, you are dead. You get deflected with a wall, -60 hp. Also, probably the best defensive tools in the game second to Conqueror. He absolutely needs nerfs on the skewer, and that 500ms 10 damage toestab should not unbalance anyone oos (imagine if Shugoki's new headbutt would do that).

Yeah that's the pretty ingenious thing about Goki's rework. Headbutt improves his kit pretty much everywhere. His neutral is scarier now because he can punish bashes and pressure with it. Meaning people will likely try to prediction dodge which gets them GBed. Demon ball puts people near walls where goki wants them for hugs or better punishes. Head butt buffs his chains as well since it's a 500ms bash. Meaning people have to look for the headbutt and will be less likely to back dodge. Even if they do his uncharged heavy will likely get blocked which is good chip and prevents them from being able to back dodge into unlock roll for the UB heavy mix up. And if people just try to roll on reads now to try and avoid that situation and headbutt goki has a good roll catch. I wouldn't say Goki is perfect now but he's a lot better. People calling him worse either have a lack of understanding on how the game works or simply can't let go of how the hero used to play.

I'm not sure I agree with nerfing skewer. The main issue it presents is resetting hitstun. If that gets axed i'm not sure how much value Glad will have anymore. He can probably live without it much better than centurion if his pin lost that capability. But i'm not sure. Aside from maybe making the feint recovery on his zone a bit longer and not giving it chain capability the only other two nerfs I can think of for him would be to revert the toe stab damage buff and slow his neutral heavies to 800ms since 700ms heavies can be feinted in time if you do heavy on the wrong time to still block/parry a light. I think Glad's OOS pressure is fine as is. It's more that bashes still pause stamina regen. Once that's axed it shouldn't be problematic.

Ive never played 1sec of Shugo i dont even have em unlocked. He doesnt interest me at all.

My Glad however is like #10 for player kills on PS4. I think Glad in TG is in a good spot but the toe stab didnt need to get buffed. It was fine at 5dmg. Ive been playing Musha & Warden lately, is the 10dmg all or does it go to 15dmg once Haymaker is active?
