Ghost Recon Breakpoint is a futuristic game, actuallt set after Ghost Recon Future Soldier. While I liked the inclusion of drones, one off-putting thing was this unfortunate mechanic they (Aamon and Benemoth) only could suffer damage at their weak points. This was a mistake of design, not to mention the most ineffectiveness of more powerful weapons like Rocket Launcher or grenades or Strike Designator.
I just think All drones should receive damage regardless on where they are hit, but they would get increased damage at their weak spots. Rework this, please.
Also, it would be nice to add new enemies for future DLCs preferentially new Drones and even new enemy types with new weapons or gadgets to be fought against; similar to what "Ghost Recon Wildlands: Fallen Ghosts" did back in the day.
I agree the damage model against Behemoths needs to be reworked, because it seems backwards compared to real life. Adding new enemy types is fine too.
But adding new drones types is not a good idea. The drones we have in the game are already a pain to deal with, because they have unlimited ammo, never need to reload and their weapons never overheat. Adding new drones that will no doubt have an unfair gameplay mechanic, would only add to players frustrations with the game.
