He is literally so good and the fact that you get parried was your fault. Literally I don't see any problems with him. Orochi is good enough in my opinion who they should focus on is Shinobi.
I'm just trying to figure out what skill bracket you must be in to consider Orochi "literally so good". I play in the Diamond bracket, often meeting GMs in casual duels and there are rarely any Orochi players.

Orochi is essentially a free kill at high level and the only ones succeeding with him are the crazy high level players that are still reaction parrying 90% of opener lights thrown their way. They would destroy you regardless of hero so they just pick weak heroes on purpose and ruin your day with them.

Big old F U to the beaten player. LOL

Storm rush can be interrupted if committed to too often. There's a timing to learn where you hit them when they can no longer cancel out of it. You can also simply block top and back dodge on a single timing to avoid all of it's options. Or simply block the fastest side and react to the other two if you have some better than average reactions. More to the point though Storm rush is awful at dodging most moves and doesn't have any decent follow up after besides the unblockable. So it's not like it even landing does much for orochi.
The unblockable itself can be option selected in most cases. Unless Orochi himself lands a heavy in which you trade with the unblockable.

Orochi offers literally nothing in dominion that you can't find elsewhere. Anything he can do other characters can do better. As far as duels go the only two things keeping him from being the worst duelist is the fact that he has a dodge attack to punish bashes and an access to an unblockable. Aramusha and Jorm are both worse than him purely because they cannot punish bashes. Jorm has access to an unblockable and that doesn't save him from being the worst duelist hero in the game right now. So you can see even having an unblockable doesn't mean you're in a good spot.

Bdur is correct in needing deflects. This is because Defensively speaking orochi is okay. He can situationally punish certain bashes/attacks with back dodge light which nets him a higher than average damage punish when comparing to dodge attacks. His zone is pretty good for option selecting due to it's speed and relative trajectories. And his deflect can net decent damage since you'll be dodge selecting semi often with him.

If you're finding consistent success with him you're fighting bad players. That's really all there is to it. Perhaps the reason you see no issues with Orochi is because your grasp of the game's fundamentals doesn't persist beyond teaspoon depth.
Aw shucks. Thanks for the kind words, friend.

I can hold my ground somewhat against top tier players but yeah they are just something else entirely. The reaction speeds they have and the reads they make are just incredible.

I was playing casual duels earlier and encountered the #10 GM and he just obliterated me 3-0 with nutty light parries and beautiful reads. He was in my head big time. I didn't even know he was a GM until after he beat me. I had a feeling so I checked the GM list and there he was. Go figure.

Orochi requires a tune up. Fact.

    Next 7 heroes:

Conq, BP, Gryphon, Raider, Highlander, Jormungandr, Orochi.

Anyone seeking to roast me for not having SHINOBI, whom we should almost start referring to as "HE WHO SHALL NOT BE NAMED", I don't expect any changes to Shinobi until the devs regain access to MoCap. Until then, I think these 7 heroes would be the next logical lineup for tweaks/reworks.

I would love to see conq visited sooner than later but considering i've seen people throw fits about Glad's inclusion (insisting he was perfectly fine before,) and the general communities "her der knight bias" being a more popular thing to throw out lately i'm unsure how the community would react.

My personal list i'd like to see up in the next TG would be Mushu, Orochi, Nuxia, Valk, Raider, conq, and highlander.

I know Mushu was already in the last TG but I think he needs another one still. Entirely possible they'll just hold him back though like they did with Warden and then release him with additional changes based on feedback. So IG if we won't see mushu in there i'd opt for Jorm mainly because all the heros I listed sans Conq really only need minor touches. So Jorm can get the big boi rework.
