I have tried support and i'm stuck in an endless loop of non helpful IP troubleshooting. I haven't been able to play any online required Ubisoft games for over a month (division 2, ghost recon wildlands, breakpoint) and can not log into the support page (it just spins loading forever). Weirder is if I log out my gamertag and log in as my wife no issues. Ubisoft continues to give me the run around and waste time trouble shooting things that wont resolve it (how can it be a port or IP issue when someone on the same console, network, and everything can play no problem). They confirmed I am not banned or anything, but I am stuck. I can't even get my money back and I just don't know what to do. Has any one heard of this? Do I just give up and never purchase or support Ubisoft again? I own pretty much every game (some on multiple platforms) and I can't help but feel like I got robbed.
