Are you kidding? Selling us two existing events as "new" just because they are driven by a different vehicle class?
If this is a good idea, I'd like to receive a copy of all CC I spent in this game and I'll use this "new" copy to buy stuff...
What do we get next time? 32 new events? But just one track driven with each class, forward and reverse direction?
Or maybe 300 events, one track restricted to one specific vehicle?
Let me ask a question for you both and for the new comments, do you guys really believe they will make this game good, fixing all the major bugs and exploits we reported to then, listening our feedback about the battlepass (let me reminder, they have put a BATTLEPASS in a PAID GAME), do you guys really think ubisoft/ivt will listen us?
Actually they've told us about take 2 versions from the beginning

"We will then release “Take Two” events every 2 weeks thereafter, in which you can replay the stunt events with new disciplines."
And before you ask, the remaining 3 locked "The Agency" events are all take 2 versions.
Any feedback that players gives to Ivory Tower gets ignored and goes in the bin. They claim they do listen to us but they really don’t. Some people asked the dev over a year ago to not include demolition derby events in the summit and yet months later they still kept them in. IVT takes forever to fix bugs for all I know. It took them 4 months (at the end of season 1) to fix the exploit in the chase and the hunt events. The way the Motorpass is set up is just ridiculous.Originally Posted by Martelinho40K Go to original post
You're incorrect, as we've just witnessed that IVT are capable of fixing bugs and glitches quickly; however, they choose not to. Escapes were reported to be majorly exploitable and only recently did they remove them. This is before the end of the current MotorFlix Season, so believing that they could only create patches per Season has been rendered incorrect.Originally Posted by Lunar_Twisted Go to original post
They have different schedules for client and server updates. Server update can happen pretty much every week, and thats how they removed escapes from upcoming summits. You can bet there is some kind of server update when there is a maintenance that lasts more than 1h. Client updates are very rare and pushed very slowly. I suspect its some kind of money saving trick or just plain and simple management stupidity. Whatever that is live games with competitive elements demand much quicker patching.

But its still extremely poor effort from Ivory Tower, they seem to have this pattern where they release less events overall for the next update, if you go back to November 2019 update it gave 17 new events, March 2020 update had NO events, Summer in Hollywood July 2020 Update gave 7 new events and then November 2020 update The Chase gave 8 new events, The Hunt January 2021 update gave 8 new events, now The Agency update March 2021 has given us 5 new events, i dont count the take two events as NEW like the op said they are the same events with only difference being a different vehicle discipline and weather condition being night time. they still have map space they havent used that could have done with new events, this season should have focused on touring car and motorcross (even though the latter got measly 2 new events), what was the need to give us street race events AGAIN in season 2 when season 1 had 5, they look at stats and wonder why many players dont play other disciplines because ALL THEY SEEM TO FOCUS ON is STREET RACE and other disciplines get forgotten about, i wouldnt hold my breath for episode 2 the events are far worse in those...
