    [SUGGESTION] injury mechanic for enemies

I’ll start by saying that I’m really fed up of enemies especially wolves being absolute bullet sponges.. they take 10 5.56 rounds like it’s nothing only because some asr damage are absolute dogsh*t, they keep firing like you didn’t just plant bullets all over their bodies, meanwhile they shoot me 3 times and I’m dead, why? Because apparently their 5.56 do more damages than my 5.56, seems fair... an injury mechanic for enemies isn’t just a suggestion but something that is truly needed, I shoot their arm, they can’t fire with a 2 hand rifle, I shoot their legs they should barely walk, I shoot their chest, critical injury and they can only fire with a handgun without aiming correctly
It takes 6/7 shots to put down a heavy enemy or a wolf? Fine, but after the first 2 shots they need to get injured like we do
And please for god sake fix the damage of the weapons, 5.56 just CAN’T do less damage than a 9mm handgun

I couldent agree more man, i mean even Unidad in Wildlands was not that bulletspongy after what i remember. So yeah the enemy in Breakpoint needs injured like we the players do, only exceptions i have seen is those sentinel soldiers with intel informasion. Lets hope UBi will fix it because this is one of the biggest problem with the game, no i understand why Nick Fury called this game Brokepoint.

Absolutely, however this is supposed to be a tactical shooter and enemies only started reloading their weapons almost 2 years after launch so...baby steps I guess...

I mean, yeah baby steps are okay for me, but only as long as they implement these things, which would make the game more immersive, this together with leveling the damage of all weapons with the same caliber.. like they should remove the damage reduction with silencers and instead change the damage based on the barrel, long barrel more damage, short barrel less damage, 5.56 should have around the same damage from 27 to like 30 9mm from 22 to 24 and so on, the Arx200 was born to be a dmr so it should have toes damage than a dmr but not that much (same for the mk17)
I’m here waiting for a gunsmith revolution rather than simple updates, I’m asking too much maybe but it’s not impossible to do

I don't have a problem with shooting heads and legs, it's the same for all soldiers except the fact that the hit box for the head it's double it's size.

As for the torso being spongy, I understand to a certain point that that's the function of a Kevlar vest.

But I do have a problem like @Andr0s28 when shooting in their arms for example they keep fighting as if nothing happened, no severe injury, no incapacitated going pistol/grenade only or just running away.

And this is off-topic but the enemies always do the same amount of damaged relative to distance, we never die with a stray bullet hitting our head for example.

Well but that’s the thing, vests don’t work.. they should for us and for enemies.. but still, the torso from unprotected soldiers resist the same as those with a bulletproof vest and that bothers me and that’s why I want an improvement in the damage mechanic and an injury system for them too, cause if a 5.56 doesn’t kill you, the energy still hurts a lot and enemies shouldn’t keep fighting like nothing happened, and when fighting breachers that rush to you, if I shoot the torso which is the bigger target, or the legs they should slow down or fall, like a shot at the torso should make them fall to the ground and there should also be a mechanic that allows other enemies to “revive” them if we don’t shoot them further
    Also
Is there anything that does more damage than those mini drones? I mean they probably shoot .22 rounds and yet they kill you faster than a 7.62 dammit

I was doing some challenges yesterday on Camp Phoenix and I was at an AWE as to how the wolves were running, and I mean dashing down the stairs while taking shots from the Honey Badger or 416 (Variant MK3). suffice to say, extended mags on boths and I had to reload, most times they were able to kill me first

And YES! I know I must git gud but I was even leading them to make sure the shots were landing. I mean, they were not even attempting to shrug the bullets and do the squirming left+right like the SB did in Wildlands (that always got me as well because man, those people were faster than the bullets shot at them ).

You know what the sad part is, I am not expecting, I mean zero expectations, that they will work on the AI... I know for a fact that what they will bring is more bugs, plenty of those and more half assed cosmetics, guns and vehicles.
