So, what is the official reason for not having unique executions, emotes, more heroes like previous years with their gimmick in their basic kit?
A lot of people say that the reason is the low budget or that covid thing made it hard but I haven't seen or heard the Dev team or other community representatives answer it.

But how do they do current and past animations, emotes, etc? I mean, they do them somehow and this raises the question why can't they eventually release bit by bit unique stuff again rather than universal things?
Also, not sure butI heard that either Apex Legends devs do mocaps/animations and voice lines from home

I find it hard to believe this is the only reason. Was there an official statement that MoCap is not operating or is that the general player bases reasoning? They are making executions now, the new executions have unique animations to them apparently without MoCap. so is it really necessary or are they taking the easy road and just not making character specific executions anymore?

If they aren't...fine. just wish they would be up front about it, or just stop adding anything and focus on reworks and balance. Have longer/ more frequent testing grounds. Since factions clearly don't matter anymore(if they ever did) get rid of the faction war and do something else.

I do't know if this is the official reason, but it is understandable they can still do silly ones like the puppetteer and rabbit ones. They probably have a databank with some animations they are using, and for those simple things, they animate some over the top things.

The mocap thing seem a bit of an excuse, but regarding the world crisis, we can be gratefull to get anything at all imo.

Also we did get more instruments and more music in this brutal world can only bring good things
