    My Ubisoft Connect Rewards are not showing up in game

    Hey!

    I own Assassin's Creed Origins via Steam and had to install Ubisoft Connect as a mandate for playing the game.

    Soon I realized that there were some in-game rewards waiting for me and upon launching Connect, I saw that these rewards were already "activated" and could be accessed in the game.

    Here is a screenshot showing some of them.

    But the catch here is that they were not accessible in-game (from the Gears Tab in the character menu) and no matter what I did, I never was able to get them to appear.

    Here is a list of troubleshooting maneuvers I took to resolve this:

    • Updated Windows to the latest version.
    • Verified integrity of my game files on Steam and the result was that all files were successfully validated.
    • Uninstalled and reinstalled Ubisoft Connect.
    • Ran a system integrity check using CMD (command is sfc /scannow) and found no integrity violations.

    So after all of these actions, my issue still persists.

    Since I'm out of ideas now, can someone tell me how to fix this?
    In case this is dependent on how much progress I have made in-game, then I would like to point that I have reached the point where there are two main missions currently available ---> End of the Snake and Aya

    Some help would really be appreciated!

    I had already shared a screenshot of the rewards that were missing but for your convenience, let me share a video grab that'll show me scrolling through all the missing rewards.

    Apologies for the confusion however as Ubi-Ginge suggested, we would appreciate if you could send us screenshot from in-game, where we could see that all of these rewards appear to be unavailable in-game, as your initially provided screenshot as well as video footage uploaded shows us clearly that content appears to be unlocked in the launcher.

    Keep us updated and should you have any queries in the meantime, let us know!

    Following swift update, just wanted to kindly double-check - have you had a chance to go to Store > Owned tab in-game to see if you've claimed it from there?

    Sorry for the late reply.

    Yes this tip worked! I went to the Store, clicked on the Owned Tab and saw that the rewards were not yet claimed by me. So after claiming them there, they finally appeared in-game.

    This fixed my issue. Many thanks.
