I know you have a lot going on but I was referred here from Twitter Support and wanted to touch on a free points on breakpoint that are hindering my experience on the game.

1. In fixing the pioneer gear drops on the raid you have made them totally unbalanced, I have now recieved 19 pioneer signature gear drops out of a possible 22. This is very frustrating as I regularly swap classes and play raid often.

2. There are still issues within the game, but most notably around syringes - please allow them to be used while being damaged into an injury or walking off a small ledge. (And potentially speed up the animation) It’s extremely frustrating to have to press the button numerous time and wait for the animation to end before reaping the benefits.

3. Raid drops in specific weapons are too rare and you don’t even allow the possibility of using real money to buy them. For example getting an M4A1 in the raid is borderline impossible so to get one with the perks you wanted would likely take multiple lifetimes. My suggestion is to allow the rewards to be collected daily or each raid instead of weekly, and/ or change which rewards are given- for example I don’t need more signature weapons after I’ve received them each week for the last 3 months, plus don’t need another 10 common drops of a MK48 SAW and/ or allow an in game crafting to change the perks on a gun so you can keep a level 300 weapon but change the perks using lots of other variants of the same weapon.

4. Please try to fix some of the connection issues, bugs and glitches present in the game. I know this last point is easier said than done but if you sent out a few testers or community members they could report back what they find which would be a huge start. I regularly get stuck in game textures or lose ammo and items, not to mention the huge glitches/ exploits within the raid to freeze bosses or have infinite sharpshooter bullets.

I guess the cost of this game has been a drain to Ubisoft and fixing it potentially wouldn’t financially be worth it because some players may leave if the glitches/ exploits are fixed (in fact in my experience, posts mentioning the glitch are greeted with a barrage of hateful messages) but on the contrary I think it would be really good to reward to core community of this game and strengthen your brand future. (Ok so those reasons might be a little stretch but I really hope you have learnt a lot from Breakpoint and will use that knowledge in future) I admire all that has been done so far to try and fix things and I do look forward to likely buying the year 2 pass if it emerges.

I do like the game and play it a lot, I just wish certain things were fixed but then again I know lots of players pull in different directions and we can’t all get what we want. In closing I want to say thank you for the game and keep up the hard work to make it great, I’m sure you can get there. Good luck
