    How About Acknowledgement Ubisoft

    Why don't you put a post saying the issue is server side, so untold people don't keep uninstalling and reinstalling the game trying varying fixes and running unnecessary system checks. The problem is not client side. I ran an hour long stress test to make sure my system wasn't falling short yesterday, installed monitoring software I never needed thinking the issue was my end, when all along it was a patch you implemented that broke it.

    We are your customers we paid to play your product at least respect that and put a post up with an eta.

    Terrible customer service, I would be ashamed if I were a board member with this level of disrespect to customers, without us your company would cease to exist.

    Eh, in fairness, they have been pretty up-front about "a recent update on PC is causing.." I would think that the general userbase would be intelligent enough to figure out what the word "causing" implies.

    They have been very vague and dismissive.

    For the less savvy, my self included in that, they should bring the servers down before some one buys an unnecessary piece of hardware thinking the issue is client sided and their own system as stated in a previous post I honestly thought it was an over heating issue on my cpu or gpu and ran a stress test.
