Dear Gaming friends,
I recently recognized that the same weapon model can have different damage. I have The House with 20,6 damage but saw in build guides in youtube that some have more damage, the highest was 26,8 DMG. All the weapons are optimized till 286 score and my Houses as well. I have to of them optimized to max score 286. I am wondering why others have higher DMG. What is driving this?

Thank you both, will check this evening whether the stat changes when changing gear firerpower. For pvp I use the weapon talents deadly, responsive and unforgiving. My M4 LW has all three. For pve I used so far the same talents. Recently I tried ACR with predatory, indeed helpful talent. Have not rolled a weapon yet with talents for armor damage and elite damage because I assumed that the talents stated above are also active in pve.

Why are you didn't pay full attention on that guides?Originally Posted by GnarlyAtol1793 Go to original post
Gnarly, a sometimes overlooked thing too is to make sure you are actually "proc'ing" your talents. In PvE, the Ferocious weapon talent is great. However, it requires electronics for some odd reason and most of my weapon builds are all firepower and stamina.
In a skill build, like Tactician, using a lower leveled weapon will allow you to proc those hard to proc talents like that.
For PvE, most of my guns have 3 of these (generally in order): Destructive, Predatory, Deadly, and Ferocious. I use responsive with my D3/SMG build. I use Brutal with Hunters Faith/Sniper build. On a rare occasion I'll use the instant reload one. I think that it Meticulous.
For me, half of the fun of the game is trying out odd/interesting combinations.
