Why cant we hide enemy tags & wall-hack x-ray vision in this game?

Really enjoying the massive open world in this game but one thing really spoils the fun for me: enemy tags and in-game wallhacks.

There seems to be no way to disable them. The Far Cry games have a menu option to turn them off but this game does not.

AC Origins was better in this regard because even though it has the same limited HUD customization menu it let you keep some HUD elements - without the enemy tags.

Having x-ray vision ruins all the challenge during combat and when sneaking around outposts. I am surprised there is not a deep HUD customization menu where we can turn individual elements on and off.

There is already a LOT of hand-holding in these games please let us strip it back.

Is there a way to do this and if not - any hope of a small patch update please Ubi to add that item Enemy Tagging ON or OFF. This way both types of gamer can be happy.

    Thanks.

No, it is not possible to disable X-ray vision.
And no, there won't be any more updates, patches or game changes. support on game is long over.

Ahh ok, thanks for the reply. Will just have to live with it or see if its possible to play without the HUD.

We're talking about Odyssey, right? I play with minimal HUD elements all the time--it's all in the HUD menu. I'm perfectly able to turn that off by disabling the "enemy health info" (or whatever it's called) setting.

Believe me, I HAAAAATE it when beautiful open-world games clutter up my screen with a ton of artificial HUD nonsense. I play these games to be immersed in them: I want to see the world, my character, all the animations, etc., without dumb BS everywhere.
