Sad to see several posts from first time players...

Knowingly selling tickets for a broken roller coaster isn't a good look.

My apologies for the inconvenience and disappointment caused by this crashing error, GermyK. I can certainly understand how upsetting it would be to run into this crashing error as a new player. Please rest assured that The Division team is hard at working investigating the cause of this error and will continue to update the following forum thread with any updates.

    Nice automatic response template.

it hasn't been going on for over 24 hours and you couldn't solve it, the community is writing more about it than you. Why are you? A few serial scripts can answer the same 2-3 templates as you.

We apologize blabla. Done. I'm an ubisoft master manager

You're not the brightest are you? What more is there to say? He's a community staffer. The dev team knows about the issue and is working on it. As long as they haven't found anything, what else is there to say? Sometimes issues aren't easily fixed. It happens. Take a chill pill, it's a video game, not a life support machine. Some people really need some perspective in life, jesus. Getting angry at a community staffer for a video game not working... smh

I was one of these people and my experience was horrific.

I sent countless emails and messages to support 24 hours after buying this game for £7.

They refused point blank to refund me no matter what I explained or showed them and I can share the ticket if needed as proof.

I also then raised it with Paypal and got a really nasty message from support saying don't do that because we do not refund.

I escalated it with Paypal and they dealt with it for me and refunded me. I wasted hours over £7 but out of principle you are 100% correct it's a disgrace to sell a broken game to customers and they should learn from CK Project who u-turned when they realised their mistake and refund people - It's £7 how greedy can you be!

A Forum Admin giving apologies for crashes like this is like a "thoughts and prayers". It's unnecessary. That's nothing against you guys, though. You're just doing your job. (And keep it up please<3)

Maybe some people from the dev team could put together a more comprehensive post about what's going on behind the scenes on this particular bug. I'm not even joking. This bug has been in the game since one of the first patches that got released for the game and it's still persisting.

That said, I think they should implement a roll-back system where they can more easily roll-back updates they put out (for both TD2 and U-Connect) to prevent these kinds of situations...

Indeed, they should at least put a disclaimer that the game is having issues for PC users or outright remove it from the shop until its actually fixed, people like me who are new and can't even get past the tutorial due to these game breaking issues should be made aware of this before making the purchase perhaps we would postpone our buy or not buy it at all...Really bad impression i got from Ubisoft, and most of us who bought the game recently...

Anyway i hope they can fix this soonish...
