This terrible bug should not be happened and should be fixed immediately. A responsible company should apologize for that and provide some make up for all players.

A 2 year old game I bought a few days ago has been completely unplayable. Had constant crashes for other reasons (uplay overlay was the source for me) and now this ****. Shouldn't have let my friend talk me into an ubisoft game - "No refunds after downloading" should have been enough of a redflag.

Yet they had testing dep which did absolutely nothing before releasing an update and let such major catastrophic issue happen. I am not mad, I'm just disappointed in devs and testers.

You know how FIRED I would be if I posted this as a "solution" for the past 7 hours

"THE DIVISION 2 - GAME CRASHES SINCE LASTEST UPDATE ON PC
We are aware that The Division 2 is crashing for players on PC since the latest update.

This issue is currently under investigation.

You can find the latest updates in the OFFICIAL THE DIVISION 2 FORUM.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused."

Seriously? This is the kind of response I would expect from Comcast, or some other Top Tier tech company.

I guess the Division support has reverted to 3 guys in a van stealing wifi at Starbucks because they cannot afford a garage to work out of.

been playing sins closed beta.. first year ,, best game ever,, after that ,, they gave control and development over to the company goldfish,, but i thinks he is ded for months now..

and from ubi`s side,, why not ask the playerbase to have a remote debug session ,, or is that a dlc option we must buy first.?

game is bordering on crashing at ALLLLL times for at least 6 months,, get your **** together ,, ,, if its not fixed by tommorow,, u losing a quarter of the players, who are on the edge of giving up because u gave up on the game and us with it

If you told me this happened because you were working on a new Rocksmith, then I'd understand.

I just paid for the Warlords of NY expansion today 3/23, and after 3 crashes to desktop after less than 5 minutes of playing, I had to do some hunting to find out that the game is broken on PC. How are they still able to allow monetary purchases to be made when the game doesn't work? Really disappointed. They should have disabled purchases on PC until the problem was fixed. I have requested a refund.
    EDIT: Found it.

    Crash

Please be more professional. Make a dedicated team do the testing before launching any update.
Am a player. I buy this game to play. Not to test and report problem.
    Seriously this is very amateur.
Am been playing this game for more than 1 year, i encounter many bugs than fix.
And i noticed each week after maintenance or update there must be something wrong about the game.

Fix this crash and freeze issue.

    Thanks

They are working on fixing it; I mean, you people are literally complaining that they are taking "hours" to investigate; news flash... that's what you do. Do you take your car in when it isn't working and expect them to just throw in random parts until they've actually replaced the broken one?

There are thousands of lines of code, all interconnected with other code, all running on innumerable equipment configs. And yet all you man-babies are crying about how sucky the game is... yet here you are complaining you can't get your daily "suck" so it can't be all that bad.
Do you buy a pizza, eat 2 slices and not get mad when they take it away? making you buy pizza elsewhere?
We've spent money on this game, that's why we are frustrated! We're not asking them to throw random parts, we're asking for those "thousands of lines of code" to be rolled back - which is possible if they made it an option. But knowing the Ubisoft development team who worked on Connect, they're 4 collective brain cells don't see it as a viable option. They don't care about us, and definitely not the Division team. No official apology, its been 24hrs since the event, and we have received quite literally NOTHING. Because they're not trying. So yes, we will stay frustrated, we will complain.. They're leaving it up to the division development to fix! It's not even their job! Not only that, but they tried to evade the blame by blaming the windows update, or our nvidia/AMD drivers, it's pathetic.
