It's becoming far too common for these types of issues. The game has been out for a long time now, and there's still no fix for the Delta-03 error. The game is good, if it wasn't people wouldn't be so frustrated, but some of these issues are created by your own incompetence (as a company) and it just gets tiring. These problems result in long term damage to your brand.
Everyone's frustration here is completely understandable. As it stands, this is all the information we can provide on this crashing issue at the moment, since it is still under investigation. I'd also like to share that the team has updated this forum thread to include information about the crashes that began earlier today, March 23rd. As soon as we have any new details to share, we will make sure to do so on that forum thread.
Hey, I'm as disappointed as you all but grow up already. It's a friggin' video game!! They are working on fixing it; I mean, you people are literally complaining that they are taking "hours" to investigate; news flash... that's what you do. Do you take your car in when it isn't working and expect them to just throw in random parts until they've actually replaced the broken one?
There are thousands of lines of code, all interconnected with other code, all running on innumerable equipment configs. And yet all you man-babies are crying about how sucky the game is... yet here you are complaining you can't get your daily "suck" so it can't be all that bad.
So I forgot that I apparently first have to google if a game works before buying it. I just paid for the Warlords of NY expansion today 3/23, and after 3 crashes to desktop after less than 5 minutes of playing, I had to do some hunting to find out that the game is broken on PC. How are they still able to allow monetary purchases to be made when the game doesn't work? Really disappointed. They should have disabled purchases on PC until the problem was fixed. I have requested a refund.
