It would help if you had a post in the News & Announcements section of the forum summarizing the problem, as well as saying the above, and had your support site announcement link to that post (rather than just the general forum top page). And of course updated that post with replies when you have further information.

No, that's not always obvious on the Internet. See Poe's law. Adding a :-/ or similar would help, and even more helpful would be not to keep repeating your sarcasm in multiple replies.

They haven't been able to fix the crashes for more than a month. But then at least not everyone took off, and now probably everyone.

Crashes or freezes after 2 to 5 minutes.
Task manager, try again, crash, task manager, try again, crash...
Totally unplayable!
