    Heroes 8?

Is Ubisoft going to continue the series? If not, then sell the rights to the game to someone else.

Wholeheartedly agreed!! This is too good a franchise to be left unused, thereby denying all the fans a chance for a new game.
If they decide to use the franchise after all (which is unlikely considering the problems with Heroes 7) then at least let the developers make it the best ever HMM !! That means investing time and support in pre-production all the way to proper marketing, none of which have been done the last times around.
So, considering this, maybe it would be better if the franchise was sold to Paradox or some other company that WILL put the time and effort in, and that has the know-how to create this game.

Despite the tons of bugs at the release of the Heroes 7, I think that fans of the series are also sometimes problematic. I have a feeling that when devs try to make something similar to HoMM 3, then players complain that "it's the same thing again". When they try to deviate, players complain "but it's not out beloved HoMM3".

Btw, I'm not sure if Paradox would be a good choice. They are quite notorious for the amount of DLCs, among other things. I think Nival (if they still exist) might be a good option.

King's Bounty 2 is incoming, so at least we'll have some semblance of Heroes.
